All custom suits require a deposit of £100 which secures your order. This is a non-refundable deposit due to the custom nature of the bikini. This deposit can, however, be transferred should your show date change to within 1 year of the deposit being made. Alternatively you can pay the full cost upfront if preferred. 

Custom bikinis should be ordered at more than 8 weeks out for normal turn around time of 6 weeks. We do offer a quick-turn-around service if required, but must be discussed prior to ordering you bikini due to availability. Extra charges will incur.

Stage bikinis are custom made to measure therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not hold responsibility for the bikini not fitting due to incorrect measurements sent by the customer. These are required at ordering, and then an updated hip and waist measurement at 4 weeks out if requested. This is your responsibility to sending the updated measurements.

Bikini connectors are not made by us so we cannot be held responsible for any breakages that happen in your possession. We will however, replace the connectors free of charge if it happens within 10 days of receiving your bikini. After that, it may incur a small charge. shipping costs will be covered by the customer. 

Ready to ship bikinis are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

All level of bikinis can be upgraded to Precosia crystals incurring an extra £100 charge. 

All Suits will be shipped using Royal mail special delivery. We try our best to use the best service to ensure you get the bikini on time and can use the tracking service. We do not hold any responsibility if a problem arises with the postal service.

All suits must be handwashed, with extra care being taken. Using only slightly warm water with a soft detergent. Hang to dry.

We aim to get you bikini to you no later than 2 weeks out. If you do want your suit sooner, please take this into consideration when ordering so it still fits within the standard turn around times.
